Ayurvedic principles are quite helpful in treating a variety of malignancies. Regarding colon cancer, everyone must maintain appropriate "gut health," which includes consuming the right meals, including those high in fiber, and removing waste from the body. Consuming probiotic foods, particularly curd, increases the growth of bacteria in the intestines. Curd includes lactobacillus bacteria. These microorganisms interact with the gut's neurons and promote the effective release of digesting enzymes.
A herb known as "Ashwagandha" can treat colon cancer since it has anti-cancer qualities. Turmeric, green tea, and the juices of garlic and aloe vera will all aid in the body's detoxification process and supply antioxidants.
