The lymphatic system is important and continuously functioning in the body as a drainage system which removes toxins, fluids, and protects the immune system. Lymph is the fluid involved in all major organs of the body along with endocrine and cardiovascular systems. The lymphatic system helps in fighting infections, regulating blood pressure.                      In Ayurvedic medicine, ‘Rasa dhatu’ tells about the body's basic waters (lymphatic fluid and plasma). ‘Rasa dhatu’ controls the water element and balancing of Kapha Dosha in the body. Healthy ‘rasa dhatu’ makes our body work properly, and flows freely without any  stagnation. Immune systems and waste removal systems will work optimally. In ayurveda, a plan of detoxification helps in cleansing therapies such as Lymphatic drainage. Massage is an excellent way of body cleaning with  ayurvedic medicines based on the person's health condition.Massage therapy with medicinal oils promotes the better functioning of the lymphatic system by stimulating the nervous system, joints and muscles and helps in proper lymphatic drainage to remove extra fluid and toxins.              The indicators of normal lymph function in the body
  • No spots on skin
  • Clear eyes
  • No overflowing of mucus on body
  • Lighter urine colour
